Hokkaido Ramen Santouka at Plaza Indonesia

I was meeting up with a friend and having a movie night. For dinner, my friend suggested to have Santouka Ramen at Plaza Indonesia. I am not really a big fan of ramen, but since I heard many good reviews about it, so I thought I will give it a try. 

The restaurant was crowded, but we managed to get a table since there were just two of us. My friend had a soyu ramen that I didn't have a chance to snap the pic cause he just too hungry to let the ramen sat to long in front of him. While for me, I always have miso ramen at any ramen restaurant because of the strong savoury flavour and add some chili powder for extra kick taste.

Honestly, the taste was good, but not amazing, I can get the same good-taste at Hakata Ikousha with much cheaper price. 

Char Shew Pork

Despite of having not-amazing ramen, my friend's recommendation of char shew pork was a bomb! It's plated simple yet so sinfully delicious! (bye my healthy diet)

Thinly sliced, just nice balance cut of fat and meat so it's not too heavy. This dish can't be skipped.

Overall, if happen to come back again, I would definitely order the char shew.
